The Blewzzman, who's real name is Peter Lauro, writes all of the reviews for this website. Pete the Blewzzman has been an avid fan of the Blues for more than 40 years. He's a former contributing writer for both www.BluesWax.com and Big City Blues Magazine and articles & reviews he's written have been published in blues society's newsletters all over the world. Pete's a longtime member of the Blues Foundation and many blues societies - some of which he's been a board member and a president. Pete's a veteran of the Blues Music Awards which he recently attended for the thirteenth consecutive year. In 2012, he sailed on his first Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise and on the January 2013 cruise, Pete will be hosting the blues trivia contest. In 2011, Pete achieved one of his life's goals when the Blues Foundation awarded him and his partner Mary Roby a "Keeping The Blues Alive Award" for their efforts with this website.
